 | Nintendo Rule! Nintendo wont go down without a fight and with their new console it will be cool seeing Mario, Donkey Kong, Link, Toad, Peach, Luigi, Waluigi, Those Bob-ombs, Chunky Kong, Cranky Kong, Diddy Kong, Dk. Jr, Funky Kong, Dixie Kong, Kiddie Kong, Kirby, Samus Aran, Yoshi, Koopa Troopas, Bowser, Wario and Much Much More in new games.
Who gives about sales prices anyway? I mean all I buy games for is to have fun, and Nintendo has a lot of fun games. I still have my SNES up at my shack and whenever I go to my shack I always play it because it is fun!
You may hate nintendo because of their controller or because of their "kiddy games", but those "kiddy games" have taken them a long way.
Im with Nintendo all the way! | | | It was the NES that had the first online multiplayer, mario golf i think, it was japan only though. It was the atari jaguar that was marketed as the first 64bit console, which was a bit of a lie as it had 2 processors running at 32bits, which isnt the same thing. The Saturn was 32bit. | | | On Solid Ground While PS2 and XBOX may have a slight edge in slaes, Nintendo has an immovable fan base. While PS1 and XBOX had other console users slide to them when they came out, Nntendo has a solid base which will likely stand firm throughout the time Nintendo is making games. I would be so bold as to say that Nintendo DS will snuff out PSP and continue its domination of the portable market, while it's more likely that PSP will have a small cell of fans which hold onto the system, regardless of DS's advantage. There will always be those people who refuse to let go of a console, no matter what the competition does. Nintendo's trump card is that it has more of those people than Sony or Microsoft! | | | Thats very true.. including me nintendo has a huge base of die hard fans they alone are enough to keep nintendo in the market also saying nintendo will go the way of sega sounds stupid to me nintendo has numerous times more money than sega ever did.
and as for the ds and psp i think the psp will go the way of the game gear | | | reply to bigeasy_uk
Re: Nintendo Rule! Jaguar had 5 processors, 2 of which were 64-bit, the object PU and the blitting PU (whatever the crap those are for). However, the GPU and CPU were 32-bit, which is why most people call it a 32-bit machine.
Sega went down because they lost money on each console on both Saturn and Dreamcast. They tried to manufacture them for too much and sell them for too little. It's that simple. They lost money for the same reason M$ loses money on xbox. | |
