Before I get flooded with emails....HBO and Showtime HD are down throughout the MetroPlex. Head-end Techs are working on the problem and should have it back up by tomorrow sometime. You should see the "One moment Please" Don't call up Customer Service because they'll probably say, "Well lets send a tech out to swap the box for you!" Keep you informed!!!
