That stinks, but it's good to hear that you got your funds back. Are you certain that all they got was one CC number? If you have been compromised, and are concerned that you may have been, or may become, the victim of ID Theft, please see »Security »How to report ID theft, fraud, drive-by installs, hijacking and malware? . This should be your priority.
Have you taken sufficient steps to be reasonably certain that your machine is now clean? If not, please follow the steps listed in »Security »I think my computer is infected or hijacked. What should I do?
