kudos:1 | Geek Squad Geek Squad has been in the Twin Cities for several years now and they were recently acquired by Best Buy. They did pretty well providing onsite computer services. See them damn bugs everywhere here!
I use to work for another computer repair shop here in the cities and almost every onsite I went to the customer always seemed to call Geek Squad first and always seemed to have some sort of complaint against them. For one, they don't answer their phones, call center is in FL, and two their pricing scheme is horrendous!
