correction....-$60 for a diagnosis, most stuff isn't charged on an hourly rate (ie. virus removal is $40 even if it takes us 3 hours to get it all off)- of course we charge for parts, why would we eat the cost of the parts, nobody would do that.- i just started as a best buy tech and i'm getting quite a bit more than $8/hr, so try not to talk about things you know nothing about.
