| certs a JOKE!! Ya right you think Certs are a joke then you haven't taken a ms test then. I have pass 4 so far and they were the hardest tests i have ever taken. And for best buy they cant afford to pay a tech with anything other than a A+. Any middle school kid could pass that test anyway. If you go to best buy and pay 30 bucks for a printer cable then you deserve to get your hard drive formatted.
