Yeah.. I think alot of you guys are missing the point. Geek Squad is not there for the uber geek who knows how to fix their computer already. It for your aunt who just got Sasser for the third time in a row. Its also for the customer who does not thing that setting up a computer and maintaining it is fun (which alot of us do). We will get people in who want a crazy fast system... all the latest gear... but don't want to even carry it to their car.
hmmm...I would love get hired on to geek squad for just a week so I could hand out "Computer Police Tickets" to idiots that have a fake fine for "being too stupid to use your computer"
