<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/229804"><b>B</b></A> : <br>The stated purpose is an adjunct to VCR or Tivo style time shifting... except that most BitTorrents of TV shows are NOT legal and most content providers are not at all happy about people sharing them this way.
