Guys look I can understand that a lot of you have had bad experiences at Best Buy before. Sometimes the prices seem high and I'm sure that quite a few of their employees have seemed to be less than knowledgeable. You should know that quite of few Techs are less than happy to be converting to the Geek Squad. However, you have to realize that a manager actually made the call to hire those techs that you don't like and a corporate team choose to convert the in-store techs to Geek Squad.
