Leave it up to big business to take a good idea and screw it up with rules, regulations, forms, high prices, and small print that leaves the customer standing at the door with their mouth open wondering what just happened. When Best Buy is cheaper, better, faster, and more concerned about their customers computing experience than I am, I'll start to worry. Until then I'll rely on Dell, Gateway, and now Best Buy, along with the rest of the Big Boys to make me look good  Maybe I'll point my 17 year old with an A+, Server, and Net over there for a job; might be nice to have their mailing list.
