<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/672830"><b>footballdude</b></A> : Thomas Jefferson predicted "the despotism of an oligarchy" if judges are allowed to be "the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions."  Can anyone really disagree?  After all, isn't the elected legislature supposed to be the body making all of the rules?  Aside from the fact that a bunch of nutjobs are trying to kill us, I see this as the biggest problem in America today.]]></description>
