Can't see how this patent can be enforced

There is too much "prior work" demonstrating components of their "patented processes", from bio-feedback to robotic automation to currently available electro-reactive prosthetic devices. Someone needs to contest this quickly to prevent Microsoft from joining the likes of BT and their ridiculous Hyperlink patent.

This sounded very familiar. So I did a quick search and found this old Wired article.

Back in October 1995 they demonstrated exchanging electronic business cards using small computers in peoples shoes and a handshake. And they addressed a previous posters question as well "A caveat: if you get tipsy at a party, don't exchange data with just anyone ­ you never know who's carrying a virus program as their calling card."
