Anon | INYC was good for me before it stopped working My DSL was installed on March 26th. INYC dragged their feet a little,not getting me online until 2 days later. Its was another few days until my e-mail was set up and I found out about news. And this was due to my persistence. I should have realized then what the future could be like. My first couple of weeks were great, so I canceled my secondary phone line for my computer. Two days later my connection is dead. I have been calling everyday to check on the status and all I would hear is that they are working on it and I'll call you back. Guess what, they dont call back. After being down for eight days now, I am waiting to hear from the VP of sales about an appointment with Northpoint. Something I feel should have been set up after they couldn't find the problem in three days. I have started looking for another ISP and if I find one before I am online again...BYE BYE INYC..I am definitely not satisfied with the way an outtage is handled. |
