Re: Telus Blocking Port 80? I was reading that and it said "The policy will only be applied to dynamic IP HSIA connections, and not to those with static IP or Business connections."
Does this mean that any Business account would not have those changes? Like the "TELUS high speed Office 2.5" plan for $59.99. I run a small web server to host my website for some friends, therefore I don't have $90 to spend on a ADSL connection that can upload 1Mb.
Does ths standard Business account have port 80 blocked? BTW, Ii'm currently on the 1.5mb/512kb plan.
Thanks,

 | Office 2.5 is still a dynamic IP plan. What you would want is server 2 IP, then theres no more worries |

 | i understand, but the cost difference is a bit too much. I can use a dynamic DNS to update if it ever changes. I have a home account that just got the IP changed after a year. (Home 1.5)
I'm just concerned if it has port 80 and 21 open. |
