Part 15 compliant

Look at the specs for some of the BPL components. E.g., Conexant CX90010. The manufacturers say they're Part 15 compliant. Of course that's before some ignoramus hooks a big long piece of wire (i.e., antennas) to them. Then they become unintentional radiators of harmful interference. Duh.

Summary: a point source is no longer a point source when it has an antenna connected.
