Have you tried logging in with 192.168.1.254 ?

It seems like it doesnt reset properly. i dont know if anyone else has noticed but when you plugin the power supply the 'DSL' and 'Status' lights should briefly come on along w/ the LAN port lights. but when i plug the router in only the LAN port lights blink on. has anyone else had this problem and if so, how should i go about fixing it?
