Re: Piracy is Chump Change in the US Good point, but there's not much they can do to stop it overseas. They have no legal foothold to stand on in other countries. All the RIAA/MPAA can do is hope that the, say, Chinese reps for Universal Studios decide to lobby the Chinese government to crackdown on piracy... fat chance.
Then again, the bulk of the RIAA/MPAA cash comes from the US sales, so it isn't worth catching crooks overseas.
