Re: [DW6000] Could DWay prevent Windows Update from working?

CM, you asked about my firewall - I don't have one. I spent several hours each trying to make ZoneAlarm Pro versions 3 and 4 work, I don't know how to start, actually - any suggestions?
Assuming you are smart enough to use ZoneAlarm (I found out I wasn't) start by reading the documentation.
I think there is a 'learning mode' where the firewall asks you for permission as each application tries to access the internet.
Of course, you could allow all of them full permissions...but what would be the use of a firewall?

Read up on it and do your best...or (and) benefit from the advice of others who use ZAP.

They will probably have something to say...
