Not quite... I use that service myself, even with my Server 2.5 plan. If I'm using port 8080 or 81 (I host multiple web servers) you still have to add the port to the end. Though, installing some free software (they have links) You won't have to keep track of your changing IP. (Most routers have the dyndns feature in them anyway)

Unfortunately I wish they did offer, being able to assign a certain port to your url, so it automatically directs itself, instead of having to add the port number to the end of the url.
