lost you..what doesnt apply to cable companies..it applies to cable companies to the fact that they will be in the customers eyes the reason why the change is happening..
But yes it applies acroos the US to all cable companies. They are just a distributor of the signals, all in all it will be one major change for all networks and cable providers..
