anon : I also have a question about the free personal web space. I have the sbc yahoo dsl (5 static, just upgraded to pro) package with the bundled sbc (unix, 200mb) shared webhosting, (since I have my own domainname, and yes that web and email all works fine) ... my login is xxx@sbcglobal.net ... But, do I not also get another free (15mb?) "personal" web site that others get when they just get the sbc yahoo dsl?

When i tried to login to that "free" personal web creation site > building blocks i just get a message that says:

You are not currently registered for Prodigy Personal Web Pages. SBC and Prodigy are now offering exciting new personal web page services through Yahoo! and GeoCities. Click here to join the largest home page community on the Web.

... and when following that link and logging in i get a page that describes 3 different $$ web products, but in the left pane there is mention of free geocities web if you don't mind "ads" on your site.

When i go to:

it won't take a sbcglobal login so directs to www.sbcglobal.net, and my sbcglobal.net login give this
message:

Prodigy Members

Type your e-mail address and password to sign in

This account cannot be used to sign in. If you have Shared Web Hosting service, changes to your account must be made using the customer control panel

... then on the right frame is a Join Now button for non-members, but that just directs to a page to sign up for new service.
