They are however coureous over the phone. As for the actual service, it is as slow as a snail.When I called thay said that they only guarantee 128k. I do not understand why do you advertise for 800k when you deliver only 128k to your customers. If this is not fraud, I do not knwo what fraud is. On the positive side they give free long distance service. If this what you are looking for, go with them, If you want DSL which you expect to be faster than a 56k modem, look elsewhere. |
