You can never get a response from them. Via E-mail..Waited over 3 weeks even after mailing the support manager......HERE IS THE ADDY IF YOU WANT IT!!!!!!!!! supportmgr@psn.net....They never RESPOND!!!!!!
Finally after a few nights of waiting for over an hour and hanging up I called early Sat Morning...... Still waited 90 mins, but what did I have to do..No work, searching the net , etc... I got thru......
I was told that there was as problem w/ the RTR in San Jose..Yes I know that...It was supposed to be up 3 weeks ago..Well I was told that it was just replaced Tuesday Sept 19, 2000..... Long time since I was told it was to be fixed..
Anyways after the same old CRAP I was told that it was running and now has problems........So here we go again get a case number and call back if problems...Well that is not enough..I want results.....Trying to get a manager is a joke..The kids there are about 17 if that and do not know CRAP except for a few..... Once again I wait...But the Good news so I was told by PSN that billing will provide refunds!!!!! WE WILL SEE!!!!!!!!!!!!
