Simple question involving gaming...

I'm looking for cheap broadband options and Interlync's ADSL pricing looks very attractive at this point.

However, I play a lot of online games (Mostly Half-Life mods, Global Operations, and Return to Castle Wolfenstein). Is Interlync good for gaming too?
