Service awfully slow..anyone else?

ortuno2k join:2004-06-14 Hialeah, FL	Service awfully slow..anyone else? I dont know what's going on. I ran speed tests and I got 176kb down and 88kb up! What!? Anyone else having problems?

I get good speeds and bad speeds...feels like cable when everyone's on downloading mp3 movies and taking your bandwidth. I really changed from BS 'cause of port 25 blocking...I was afraid they might do more blocking. Plus, Bellsouth's customer service and technical support sucks!

gojeda join:2002-12-15 Pompano Beach, FL	reply to ortuno2k I lost sync for about 3 minutes yesterday afternoon and that was it. I have not seen any speed issues at all. Im not happy that they aren't offering 3mb service though.
