reply to furlonium Doubleclick installs a program on your machine or messes with the registry? I don't count cookies as adware, because even the site I'm posting this on uses them. Cookies are a timesaver.
And if I'm going to see ads, I'd much rather see ads for servers, or cars or baseball (or something) than ads for tampons or womens clothing.
