It's the same all over. I've personally made it a priority when choosing where to live that it have broadband access. That's a "feature" or a poperty as much as a good location or a nice view. I don't understand the concept of having sympathy for people who can't get broadband; that's like expecting sympathy for people who choose a long commute or near a freeway. Everything in life is a compromise, and our lives are a result of the choices and compomises we make. |
