if i use bellsouth's DNS servers i can resolve it but i cant ping it, and my friend on adelphia sais its up...
can anyone here get to it?

1 edit | I can get to it just fine and I'm on DSLi's service. I'm going to take a shot in the dark here but you have PC-Data. If that's the case lower your MTU settings and you should be good to go.
According to dslreports your optimal mtu should be 1452 if you have PC-Data.

I am using PCData also and am experiencing the same problem with multiple sites.
I have MTU already set to 1400 but this issue just appeared. I had this problem before and the MTU setting was the suggestion that remiedied it at the time. I never changed the setting away from the 1400 that fixed it before, so I doubt this is an MTU issue.
Any other suggestions or help from DSLI staff would be greatly appreciated. |
