Legally, TW can do anything they want to your connection (including blocking Vonage services altogether). You have no remedy other than (1) kicking, screaming and hope someone listens or (2) discontinue your subscription.

I think that it would be viable because of the name (branding.) I don't know that Vonage is going to be there in 6 months.
