MCI/Worldcom outage in WA

My Digizip DSL service (MCI/Worldcom in Seattle, WA) has been down since around 15:00 Pacific, Monday, July 26, 2004.

•Cisco 678 router indicates no WAN link
•phone line still available via router pass-through jack
•nothing on my local network changed
•rebooting router doesn't help
•bill paid current

I've been unable to reach tech support at Digizip, and emergency contact numbers (mobile), per Digizip's Web site as of April, 2003, for Greg Schneider, Russ Wilmarth, and Steve Krocker, have all since changed.

Any suggestions?

I just got in touch with Russ Wilmarth (Digizip sales rep) via IM, and all he had to say was ``call 866-375-8324 x200 m-f 9-6 est''.

Digizip is simply a reseller of MCI service, and insists that tech support inquiries must be made through them rather than directly to MCI, but have they no after-hours service for outages? All I really want to know is whether there is a known outage in my area.
