anon : I have been trying to deal with Voyager.net because they use Covad. I have the speedstream 5260 and Voyager says they don't know anything about an upgrade. I talked to Covad and they said talk to Voyager.
anon : I'm a SpeakEasy customer using the NYC gateway and have not seen the improved ping times. When I questioned SpeakEasy support about this I got this response:

"For all new RADSL circuits, Fast Path is already in place. Looking at your install date, I am going to have them double check your circuit. July - September installs are being manually checked."

So I guess this means if you don't see the improvement, contact support because some manual intervention may be required.
