This stupid mismanagement of fund should get the whole lot of them thrown out of office.
Of course you have to reinvest money. What do you think. You light the network and people come and buy it but you never upgrade? This is why politicians have a place in this world, sitting behind a desk saying stupid chit so people believe. Let the people with technical knowledge run the business and it would have flourished.
