| All in all, pretty good. One hiccup in the entire installation: I was led to believe by my salesman I'd get a static IP. Upon installation, it appears I've got DHCP. That salesman has quit, and WareNet says they charge $10/month extra for static. Since all I wanted a static address was for pcAnyWhere, and I was able to work around it smoothly, we left it at "let's talk again after the beginning of the year when IP address are going to shift". They were nice about the whole prob., and I think if I pressed it they'd have ponied up the static IP.
WareNet resells Zyan accounts. I pay $59/month with free installation and free hardware. I also get a $100 rebate. |
