when mci decides to do what they are going to do there will be an official press release

Any word on whether that will happen in 2004?

Do they realize that some people, including me, might be waiting to see the pricing structure before signing up?

Locking into a one year commitment for a given service causes one to pause, especially if new options might be right around the corner.

Yeah, I agree. Unfortunately though it's not up to Digizip...they're only the messenger and have to wait for MCI to make a decision. It would almost be better if MCI just came out and said, "Sorry, we're not going to offer anything new." Then at least we'd know.

I'm really happy with my existing service and don't really need the additional download speed. It would be nice though...

How do you get cheaper than $20/mo? That is what I am paying for 1.5/768 with MCI.

i am paying $50 per month so to me verizon is cheaper but with better speed

i really don't care about the money i just want the higher speed from mci

It's starting to become painful...

When I signed up with Digizip, I was really impressed with the speed and amenities they offered. MCI was really leading the pack as far as features and line-quality were concerned. Now, more than two years later, I'm not as impressed. The industry has grown up in my area and the standard DSL plans are all 3M/384k. Cable modem is available at 3M/384k as well. Third party DSL providers are offering 6M/608k using SBC's lines for less than $60/month. Other companies are offering Covad's 6M/768k as well.

Digizip, I've been happy with the service up to now, but you are no longer competitive. Please, Please, PLEASE tell me that MCI has upgraded their plans, or that you will offer Covad, or that you will offer SBC! I have been month to month for a Very long time now and have stayed on with the hope that you would upgrade your service offerings. At this point, I am ready to change providers if nothing changes on your end. Please give me a reason to stay with Digizip!

Upon reflection, I do not wish to post. Take me back!

Been with Digizip for about a year. All of a sudden DSL went down. Digizip web site was down, phone calls were hung up on. When calling AT&T they claim Digizip didn't pay their bill. Going on 24 hours now without service. Goodbye Digizip! I wont miss you!
