Thank you Isomedia

Wow ok, I used to have Qwest.net as an ISP. They were down-right horrible. When I would call tech support through Qwest.net the wait times were an average of 20min-30min. My average ping time was about 150ms my lowest was 121ms.

So I decided to try Isomedia. I prefer local companies anyway.
I heard alot of praise about them and did alot of research.
So I gave them a call. I talked to Ryan on the phone and it only took about 5min to get the ball rolling on my new DSL line through Isomedia. Did I mention that I was on hold no longer than 2min. Often times I get through without having to be on hold. The Qwest guy (technician) just called me and told me my new DSL line is in. I cannot wait to get home and try it out.

By the way I called tech support (Isomedia) to see if I need to set any IP settings DNS etc. I talked to Kyle(spelling?) on the phone and he was extremely friendly, he was almost positive that my DSL would work great by the time I will get home from work. He was going to take the extra time to make sure I was up and running without a hitch.

Isomedia I am impressed with the attention to detail you give your customers. I have not even used my new line yet, however I am confident it will work great.

Thank you,

Brett Mueller
