Funny. The premier tier is still way overpriced. The only difference is the upload, now it's 5/768, while the Preferred (half the price) is 5/512.
If Cox is going to charge 2x as much for the premier, MAKE IT 2x as fast! The premier package should be 10/1 for $80 a month.
OTOH, the Preferred package at 5/512 is a good value at $40.
