I'm a Chicago Police Officer. It's the greatest job there is but I wouldn't want my son to be the Police. If you get what i mean.
»Getting to know you!

Being very new to photography everything is a learning experience. I usually take pictures whenever out with the family.

Artistically I used to paint miniatures up until my kids were born. Now I find no time.

Engineer/programmer. R&D and production on knowledge-based software that goes out and tries to fix your company's phone system, data network, etc., prior to you even knowing there's a problem with it. No, not the software - the phone system!

I work in Goldman Sachs as USG.

  • Also, when do you take most of your pictures ?

I take pictures during day time and on weekends.

  • How do you satisfy your creative hunger if you are not a full time photographer/artist/journalist ?

I take pictures of animals at the zoo and other cool things.

I am currently working for Bellsouth in Tucker GA as an ADSL tech. I don't do much shooting at work unless it's work related, so mostly weekends, afternoons and evenings for me.

Full time student during the school months going into my senior year of HS. I have a part-time job as a waiter in a buffet at a retirement home nearby. My aspiration for future job is mainly as a Network Administrator or a IT Specialist. But I'd love being a photojournalist or even a regular journalist. I'm lucky to be blessed in the English dept. very strongly and the computer area. I don't see/want to resort myself to any one area if possible.

Edit: I get to photography whenever I have a free afternoon or on weekends. I should be taking tons during the summer because all I have to deal with is work, but I've been doing more relaxing than anything this summer.

I work in a seaside amusement arcade - dunno how that happened as I've also worked in a steel foundry, electronics & hydraulics.
I work shifts 6 days a week so the camera comes with me as I can shoot either before or after work, which is at the harbour's edge so there's generally something to point the lens at.

i am, what am i???

well i am IBEW Local3 electrician, but right now i am in the process of shelving my card. I am moving to Europe for few years.

Also i am a Licensed NYC electrician and have my own business.

I am also proud dad & hope a good husband

I do some photography through friends and craigslist, like head shots, portraits etc...

I spent pretty much all my free time for foto but i just have so little of it

When i move to Europe i want to have foto studio, so now i am in a process of buying as much as i can afford here in US, because in EU it is like 30-40% more

i have to stop now...

Hi PaloC See Profile and everyone else.
I'm a licenced electrical contractor in New Jersey. A union contractor with Local 102.

Photography became a hobby almost 30 years ago. Black and white only (really into the zone system), with a closet as a darkroom. Started loosing interest about 15 years ago but was always the goto guy for photos at party's and affairs.

Then almost 3 years ago I got my first digital camera a Casio QT4000. Then I bought a darkroom (Photoshop). Then I bought my Canon Digital Rebel.

Now the desire is back and I'm trying to retrain eyes for the good photos.

Since my re-interest in photography, most of my photos are of family and friends at party's and weddings.

I think, as do family & friends, I do that well with those types of photographs, but my artistic eye is still lagging.

It doesn't matter to me though. I love it!
