NOS boost in san diego i got my boost after several speed tests to verify it. however i had a livesupport chat with cox tech support here in san diego and this is what he said:
STP - RICHARD> Thank you for providing me with these pieces of information. This is due to the maintenance work that was performed on August 8. However, it is not confirmed as of yet that it will be permanent.
and he also said that since it was due to maintenance on the system, no additional fees will occur..
my old speeds were 3000/300 and now it is 4600/500 average all for $39.99 |
