I'm not normally on Cox, but because I'm in the area visiting a friend, I was quite impressed when I was uploading a file to my home server and was getting 57 kilobytes per second! Needless to say, I was quite impressed with this for sure. Cox at least down here in the San Diego area of Cox, they've always done pretty good. I'm in San Marcos just FYI for anyone who cares. Downstream seems to be still at 3MBPS at least for me.
