Regrettably, it's Cogeco. Their regular High Speed is 5 Mbps / 640 Kbps and their Ultra package is 10 Mbps / 1 Mbps. |

It's regrattable because it's such a great ISP, though it's customers are a bit on a gloaty end of the spectrum. |

Cogeco also has quite small download caps, which I hear, they do not enforce very tightly. ACI, I think, is fully unlimited. |

Here is the fastest ISP packages I have gathered for Ontario:
Cogeco = 150kbit Lite Package
ACI = 9mbit Normal Package
Cogeco = 10mbit Pro Package
There may be other small local ISP's offering faster speeds but you want something that is very reliable and has excellent routing above the bandwidth heh. |
