It is the technology stupid.

Right now I have tivo with derect tv and it is awesome.

Direct tv will have HD tivo before comcast ever does. And the HD reciever I have from comcast sucks when compared to my direct tv/tivo box.

The directv sounds better and there are only afew HD comcast channels in my area anyway.
