Had service installed about two weeks ago, I don't know what the problem beu neither NAC or Covad wan't to take ownership of it. I cancelled my dialup ISP and now I have DSL service that was advertised at over 600k running at between 65/120K. Multiple phone calls/emails, I even stayed home from work one day because they said I had to be here to run loop-back tests. No performance.
