I am seriously considering that myself. Canada is a good alternative to Europe. It's a peaceful country, your pretty safe from lawsuits for downloading, speak English and are right across the border.

It's the Internet, people. You don't have to move, you just need access to a computer in Sweden/Canada/wherever. (Hint, rent web-space somewhere.) You do your DCMA-questionable downloading there. Once you get it to the foreign-soil server, you ship it to the US, inside an encrypted pipe. |
