Today, you simply can't get in touch with anyone. One out of 10 tries will reach a most bitchy phone attendant that just transfers you around a few times and then hangs up.
There is no inward dial, no voice mail, no technical support, no sales. Which leads me to believe that they've either moved the phones and closed up shop, moved the phones and took over someone else or were taken over, or have given everyone the boot and are ready to scuttle the ship.
I did manage to contact two technical support people on their cell phones, and *surprise*, they are not at work and hesitated to tell me when they would be back to work. They had no info on the alleged "fiber cut". Email to my favorite sales rep bounced back as undeliverable.
I could just be having a bad day to draw this conclusion, and certainly could be all wet. But I'm going to light a candle in preparation for the wake. Then I'm going to use the candle to light the funeral pyre and I'll spend all night dancing around it while these bastard's bones roast.
