Put together spots that highlight their rate increases, their poor/no service, and maybe even some rumours (you want your fees to increase AGAIN next year! It'll happen!). Force the incumbents to defend their position. They started playing dirty the first round. Your turn, muni's.
I have a friend who just moved to the Chicago area. Renting now but looking to move. I forwarded him this article in hopes that he'd strongly consider moving to your area...

BTW - since you brought it up, could you please back up your statements and give me ONE example where Kerry ever refuted anything that was said of him by Bush?...and what proof do you have that anything the official Bush campaign has said about Mr. Kerry has been untrue?? Lastly, how do you convince yourself of all this? | |
