 | Another lost customer - sorry Digizip I had been trying to call Digizip, but no one ever picked up the phones. This happened on numerous days. I left posts on a couple of threads in this forum, but that Digizip guy never responded. I don't know what happened, but Digizip's customer service has been terrible lately. Combine that with a dearth of information on new sync speeds, then Black_Jesus's smarthy reply to Ross to "go find another service" and I decided enough was enough.
I signed up with DSLExtreme - they have the common courtesy to answer their phone. On top of that, their service plans are better than ANY that Digizip offers. Bye Digizip, it was good at first, but then it seems you got lazy. |

Well, like any deadbeat that owes someone money, maybe they're afraid that it's another bill collector( or AT&T) calling and instead of answering, they're hiding under their desks. Of course, the desks maybe repo'd soon. -- =========== Ed |

WOW DSLExtreme rocks! I was worried about my downtime switching from digizip to DSLExtreme, but guess what? No downtime! My digizip connection stopped working, so I plugged in my old Westell modem and Voila! I was back online. If you are on the MCI network right now and plan to switch to DSLExtreme's SBC lines, it was VERY PAINLESS for me! 15 minutes of downtime! I'm impressed! (I signed up with DSLExtreme and they handled the transfer details - I could never reach digizip over the phone anyway!) |
