The American public should have it in order to contact their elected representatives and tell them they want an end put to it.<br><br>All of the spam, viruses, and phishing scams seem to be coming from offshore and foreign countries, often run by someone with American connections.<br><br>Our F.B.I. has picked up on all of this too.<br><br>This is not just some mediocre posting, but a real issue facing us here.
