Recently lost my sister to cancer...life isn't easy for any of us...but determination and dedication will get us where we want to go...We must have faith and persevere.

I Lost my Mother to Cancer and also a few members of my Family as well.
My wife lost her Father to Cancer 17 years ago and when we talk about our Families, i see the loss and anguish upon her face because she misses her Dad so much!!!! I think about all the people who have lost loved ones and look at my Grand-Daughter and i think of all the people who have lost children through Disease and war and i hope and pray that nothing bad ever happens to my Baby girl or my Family because we`ve suffered too much already.

I am so sorry that your mom lost her fight against cancer. I also saw my mother go from a very active person to, well, her passing away within six months. She is the reason that I now crunch for this great Family. I hope and pray that this scourge can be cured and wiped off the face of the Earth so no one else must endure the pain and suffering that our loved ones have gone through.

Why did I join?:
For my sister...who we thought was a breast cancer survivor...until it came back..two years later. She died at the age of 45.

Wow, Jim. I don't know you very well, but I have read many of your posts and I am always amazed. Wow. Just wow. This is why we are here every day submitting our small contributions.
I honestly wasn't sure how to respond do this, but I did. I crunch every day, like you all do, you never know, one of us may be the cure.
