CORRECTION- I was asked for the password on the 2nd one to reset to factory settings (didn't know there was two until i checked again) anyways the password's probably something easy, like admin or user. (i tried em both, and neither one worked) I guess it's time to harrass vonage and force them to give me the password, or take it back and disconnect my service all togather. they're suckers when it comes to users threatening disconnecting their service.
In the back of the box of the PAP2, there is a phrase "With an appropriate Internet telephone service provider, you'll get clear telephone reception and reliable fax connections..." It suggests the possibility of having another provider, unfortunately it is not possible.
