Re: Why We Do What We Do... I have been running this project for a long time, and been a semi long standing member of this community. I have always known cancer to be a beast. My grandfather succombed to it when I was in high school. A very close friend on my first hockey team was diagnosed with it and he was lucky enough to fight it off.
If I am lucky, I will never have to fight that disease. My efforts here will hopefully ensure that no one will have to fear this disease again.
